Once you have agreed that Turners Conferences is the right PCO (Professional Congress Organiser) for your event, we will develop a business and project plan for the structure, promotion, and execution of the congress.
Ownership & Teamwork
We do not take over ownership of your event but rather work together with you as a team, providing experience, people, and resources to guarantee a successful congress.
Organising an event is about more than just efficiency, science, and finance. It should also focus on providing the officials and delegates with fun and excitement and on making them remember your event as being both fruitful and memorable.
Organising Committee
Turners Conferences will work with the Organising Committee which can consist of the International Association, The Local Association, Core PCO and other interested parties to assign responsibilities and create a critical path plan.
Project Management
Each event is managed as a separate project with its own project manager. Our team of expert congress and event consultants will provide the guidance where required and their operational expertise and experience will be applied to all aspects that we have been assigned to manage.
Pricing Structures
All congresses and events have different requirements for professional management. Some may require a complete solution whilst others may only need assistance with registration and destination management. Some are of 1-day duration with 100 delegates whilst other can be 7 days with 5000 participants. We believe that we have cost-effective solutions for all events and these will save you money not only in time and resources but also through efficiencies that our experience, relationships and operating techniques bring to our customers.
